1. How long does it take until I receive my order?
All our table linen is tailor-made, therefor delivery will take place within 3 weeks.
2. How do I know what length and width my tablecloth should have?
Our tablecloths are 137cm wide, which is perfect for a table from 95cm to 100cm wide. You determine the length. There are several options you can choose from when ordering the tablecloths. Is your size not listed? Then you can contact us at [email protected] and together we can make the perfect tablecloth for you.
3. Why do the table runners have standard sizes?
Our table runners have standard these sizes are most in demand. If you would like to place the table runners along the length of your table, please send us an e-mail. We may be able to make the desired length for you.
4. Are there maximum sizes that I have to take into account?
Our tablecloths are 137 cm wide, while they can be as long as you desire. If you have a table of 4 meters long, we will be happy to be of service. But we also love to make tailor made tablecloths and runners for weddings and other parties.There could be a possibility that we no longer have a certain design in stock, but you will notice this automatically with your order.
5. I have a 120cm wide table. What is possible?
There are few tables of this width. If you still want to use our table linen, we advise to work with table runners. At least as elegant.
6. How can I clean the products?
You can wash our table linen in the washing machine. Don't wait too long after using the materials before you wash them. Sixty degrees is no problem. Avoid tumbling.
7. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is always free within Europe.
8. Do the products shrink?
We pre-washed all our table linen in order to avoid shrinkage. The maximum it can shrink is 3%.
